As part of our fire watch services, our trained personnel diligently patrol designated buildings and properties at specified intervals. During these patrols, our team conducts thorough inspections to ensure fire safety and identify any dangerous situations. This includes checking for signs of fire such as flames, smoke, burning odors, and improperly stored flammable or hazardous materials. We also remain vigilant for other potential hazards like water, steam, or gas leaks, as well as power losses.
